[admin] No HTML mails please

Hi!

I noticed that more and more HTMLs are sent to this list.  Most of them
are text/html alternative so most users won't even notice.  However at
least me considers such mails as spam and thus I won't see them (only
the replies).

Please check the settings of your mail program; it is always possible to
switch to "text only".  If you want to emphasize something, there are
easy ways to do this in plain text: _underline_ or /italics/ or *bold*
are written by enclosing the words in underscore, slashes or asterisk.

HTML mails are a possible security problem and text+html bloats the
message by duplicating the information.  It also wastes server
resources.
