GPGME Ruby binding 2.0.0 released

Hi,

I usually don't announce the releases here, but I do this time since the
latest version 2.0.0 is a major overhaul of the API from 1.x series.
It also adopts a modern development toolset including bundler, minitest,
and yard.  Credit must go to Albert Llop for making the rework.

Installation:

  $ gem install gpgme
