Recently, there has been a complaint on the gnupg-user list about this
warning [1] and he/she even found that you suggested to only show it
in verbose mode back in 2001 [2].
Only he/she did not seem to know how to do this. So, I followed your
suggestion and made it dependent on verbose mode :-)
