Define it to an empty string like utf8conv.c does for Windows. In fact
you can disable the iconv stuff as we do for WindowsCE.. Latin-1 and
utf-8 will still work. I guess Android uses utf-8 anyway.
Die Gedanken sind frei. Ausnahmen regelt ein Bundesgesetz.
