APDU to generate key for OpenPGP card?

Hello,

I'm trying to generate key (GENERATE ASYMMETRIC KEY PAIR command) on
OpenPGP card by using APDU (with the help of OpenSC).
Basing on the spec, I built APDU as:
00 47 80 00 02 B6 00 00
but the response is 67 00 (incorrect length).

Is my APDU right? If I want to generate a key with modulus length =
1024, how I specify the length to make the card understand?
