Smartcard readers / Tokens supported by the GnuPG CCID driver

Hello,

I created a WiKi page to collect information of supported Smartcard
readers and tokens by the GnuPG's in-stock CCID driver:

Please add information or correct mistakes.

I found a page in "The GnuPG Smartcard HOWTO":

   http://www.gnupg.org/howtos/card-howto/en/ch02s03.html

It suggests adding the file gnupg-ccid.rules, but it would be good if
it just works out-of-box.
