I proposed this change back in April, and Marcus was going to take a
look at at. Unfortunately with the g10 shuffling, he no longer has
the time, so I'm punting back to the main list. I've attached the
original patch/message for anyone who doesn't want to go digging back
through the archives.
I've been using the patched version locally (via my pyassuan [1],
which I use from my `pinentry.py` [1] and pgp-mime [2]) without
problems since I wrote up the patch back in April. I'd really like to
get this patch upstreamed so I can move forward and use pgp-mime
projects destined for public consumption.
