Well, then, my question is:
Why on earth do you need to build GnuPG with MinGW/Msys, given
we have another recommended way to build GnuPG for Windows?
Even if there were some valid reasons, I still have concern here. I'm
afraid that it would result another incompatible GnuPG. My major
concern is using smartcard/token and/or gpg-agent. The GnuPG built
with MinGW wouldn't work well wrt PC/SC service and emulation of
Unix domain socket.
