It's only agent<->scdaemon comminucation, and only for pinpad input.

Specifically, POPUPPINPADPROMPT and DISMISSPINPADPROMPT.

I don't think that it's worth for newer gpg-agent to have backward
compatibility, that is, having support of POPUPKEYPADPROMPT and
DISMISSKEYPADPROMPT.
