Sorry, 64 bit Windows is not supported.

There are two major problems: A new entropy gatherer modules in
Libgcrypt needs to be written and due to sizeof(HANDLE) != sizeof(int)
the entire HANDLE, socket, fd, sysfd, FILE use needs to be reworked.
