HKP keyserver: implementations

I've put together what I know of the available HKP-speaking PGP
keyservers into a web-page with a brief summary of what I'm talking
about, followed by a list of the implementations I know of, with some
details, at:

Corrections, additions, updates, flames, welcome.

gnupg-devel seems the best current place to find "authors of generic
keyservers"; if there's something actively used in place of the old
pgp-keyserver-folk mailing-list, please point me at it and accept my
apologies for this being more off-topic than I realised.
