.xsession and .xinitrc

At least as of Beefy Miracle (the latest I have in a VM),
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/ is used.  Whatever you'd put in Xsession.d/ in
Debian/Ubuntu/... you put in xinitrc.d instead.
