Much rather, the conflicts in cherry-pick
88e24341e57c96e31a25e92e09d67989e64cc1c1 were not resolved cleanly.
In agent/ the three lines after setting
gpg_agent_DEPENDENCIES (lines 74–76) do not make too much sense.

P.S.: Arguably, one might also remove gpg_agent_LDFLAGS, and
gpg_agent_DEPENDENCIES as in the corresponding commit
049b3d9ca0285d15c00c215ac9b533c994196ca4 on
STABLE-BRANCH-2-0. However, I do not have a w32 setup to test against
and after removing the above three lines, the code already compiled
nicely again.
