gpgme-1.4.0 test hang

The next test after t-encrypt is t-verify - this is the test which
hangs.  I assume that this is a GPGSM based tests.  We need to check
close what's going wrong here.  X.509 testing is often a bit fragile.

I'll check tomorrow.
