In 2.0.19. pinpad input is not supported through PC/SC.

The pinpad input feature for PC/SC has been added both of master and
STABLE-BRANCH-2.0. You will be able to use it with forthcoming
2.0.20. (You will need to add enable-pinpad-varlen option for
./gnupg/scdaemon.conf.)

I got a report that following card reader works fine:

  0c4b:0500 Reiner SCT Kartensysteme GmbH
"REINER SCT cyberJack RFID standard (7592671050) 00 00"

Since it seems that your reader is newer than that, I hope that it
works well, too.

Besides, for both of master and STABLE-BRANCH-2.0, internal CCID
driver got improved. I think that you can use your reader without
PC/SC. If it works, it is better for your reader to be added
to good readers list of enable_varlen=1 in scd/ccid-driver.c
so that you don't need to configure.

If you have enough time, please try STABLE-BRANCH-2.0 of
git.gnupg.org. Or else, please wait for 2.0.20.
