There is a reset procedure for OpenPGP card.  I found a script by
Werner Koch, in the gnupg-users archive:

   http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-users/2013-March/046261.html

Save the content to a file (the first line of "/hex" and the last line
of "/echo ..."), say, openpgp-reset.txt, and invoke gpg-connect-agent:

   $ gpg-connect-agent --run openpgp-reset.txt /bye

If this works, you can use the card again.
