I forgot to say that we need to activate PC/SC service to run the
script.

In my case, it's like this:

It fails to select OpenPGP application (6285: Selected file in
termination state), but we proceed anyway to activate it, then
it get success for that.

After this, my card works again.  I wish yours will, too.
