Assigning the copyright is more complicated than this statement.  That
is one of the reasons why we drop the copyright assignment by Good
Friday.  By then you only need to post a simple Developer's Certificate
of Origin to this mailing list and we are done.

Please have some more patience.

Agreed, we could use a DCO right now, but because the termination of my
own copyright assignment may be subject to a 30 day notice, I set this
flag day, which is easy to remember for me.
