Destroyed OpenPGP v2 Card?

INS=0x44 is actually TERMINATE DF.

It seems I needed the SELECT FILE (00 A4 04 00 06 D2 76 00 01 24 01 00)
prior to sending TERMINATE DF. I'm back up and going with a 3 0 3 pin retry.
