Destroyed OpenPGP v2 Card?

Hi,

in 7.1 the INS of the commands Terminate and Activate in the table are swapped, thanks for that hint. It will be corrected in the next version.

For understandig:
The special life cicle management (reset card) is proprietary for the OpenPGP card application, other applications on the same card may have a different behaviour.
For that reason the Selection of the application is needed before a Reset.
