The latest commits for 1.4. and 2.0 have the release tags.  I did this
on Friday and the server started to fail on early Saturday morning.
GnuPG master should be at 7c5d290.

I still waiting for the new machine and don't want to move the repo
temporary to another box; after all it is a DVCS.
