Sounds like a good idea with an OpenPGP devroom to me. If there is
interest for it in the schedule I'm available to participate and talk
about keyservers and keyserver pools[0].

[0] If there is anyone in the Oslo, Norway area I will also be talking
about this on the Norwegian Unix User Group's monthly meeting on 9
September, this will also be streamed live. Although the talk is in
Norwegian I've made the presentation in English so this will be
available afterwards.
