gpg2 head failing to export ecc secret key.

gpg2 built from recent head: e5da80bc1888bf8801e69c9ff99f7f47550f7a09,
won't export an ecc secret key. It will export an RSA key.

I have a debug log from the attempt, and the console log from creating the
key and attempting to export it.

The specific error message is:
gpg: key 48743C8B/07BFC195: error receiving key from agent: Bad secret key
- skipped
gpg: WARNING: nothing exported

The key is included in the attachment if it could help, along with configs.

The line:
protect-cipher openpgp-s2k3-sha1-aes256-cbc

in gpg-agent.conf is from a change I'm working on, I don't think it's
related.
