Document no-allow-mark-trusted for gpg-agent

There was some confusion in our organization if allow-mark-trusted for Root
CA's was default or not.

It was changed in master with 78a56b14 but the documentation still documented
the allow-mark-trusted option instead of no-allow-mark-trusted.

Please apply attached patch to the gpg-agent documentation
