Reading the archive of gnupg-devel, it reminds me. I stopped because
of lack of information for the tag value of ECDSA in the private key
template. I posted to the list:

Last year, I read JIS X 6320-8:2006 (Japanese one of ISO/IEC
7816-8:2004), which was reaffirmed in 2010-10-01. There, we have RSA
example (not as standard) for private key template 7f48, but that's
all.
New revision of ISO/IEC 7816-8 is currently under development, and
perhaps, it will include ECDSA tag.
