Thanks for review.  I realized that here will be just a single use of
multiple va_start in GnuPG.  I don't want to introduce new portability
issue.

Here is revised version.  I use array.

I'm going to summarize possible changes for OpenPGP card specification
in wiki.gnupg.org.
