Now that sks-keyservers.net6. is signed, it would be useful to add
TLSA RRs at:

  _443._tcp.hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net.
  _11372._tcp.hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net.

referencing the sks-keyservers' CA.
