Aihh, that should not happen. I need to think about a strategy for
this. The problem is that pubring.kbx has always been used by gpgsm and
and it is quite legal to have a pubring.gpg for gpg. An idea is to add
a flag to the Keybox header indicating that OpenPGP keys are available.
I am mostly offline this week, thus please have some patience.
