errant emacs backup files in beta895 build-aux/speedo

Hi Werner--

just a heads-up: the beta895 tarball appears to include three emacs
backup files:

 build-aux/speedo/w32/README.txt~
 build-aux/speedo/w32/inst.nsi~
 build-aux/speedo/w32/pkg-copyright.txt~

This isn't important, of course, but they're probably not something you
want shipped in general, so you might want to tune your release scripts
to avoid including them.
