hi folks--
GnuPG 2.1.0 beta 895 is now in debian experimental, for those who want
to play around with it without sorting out a proper build setup.
the package has only been tested on systems running jessie (testing) and
sid, so if you're running wheezy (stable) it's probably not for you just
yet.
You'll need to add the experimental repo to your sources.list first, so
installation might look something like:
echo 'deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian experimental main' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/experimental.list
apt update
apt install gnupg2/experimental
Please direct bug reports related to the debian packaging to the debian
BTS, since that will help us make the package much smoother for people
who aren't as interested in living on the edge.
Happy hacking,
--dkg
