ECC Key export incorrectly produces 0-sized output for secret part of key.

Actually the entire export and import of ECC was messed up. If you
pull from the
wk/test-gpgrt-estream
branch, your problem is hopefully fixed. This branch also includes a
patch to allow AES-256 for key protection.
