I still cannot build pinentry ./configure stops with syntax error near unexpected token ìconv'

I cannot built *pinetry *on OpenSuse 13.1 and OpenSuse Factory (i.e. the 
latest)
error in configure: see below (*)

automake --version ⇒ 1.11.6 , tried also 1.14.1
autoconf --version ⇒ 2.69
