ftr, when i said C+S+A key, i meant a Certification-capable master key +
a Signing-capable subkey + an Encryption-capable subkey.  I don't know
why i wrote A instead of E, sorry for the confusion.  I did not mean to
suggest that all those capabilities should be on the primary key.
