With this patch (and a few other backports from the git master), GnuPG
2.1.3 has now been moved from experimental to testing (̃~arch) in
Gentoo for amd64, hppa and x86 architectures. With the exception of
some reports related to claws mail requiring the socket specified in
GPG_AGENT_INFO[0] and some minor issues with smartcard keys, the
migration seems to have been relatively smooth so far.
