Thanks for your review.

For 1.4, I added the change for opaque MPI to mpi_cmp.

For 2.0, I changed configure.ac and added an entry in NEWS for
requirement of libgcrypt 1.5.

Those changes are pushed to the repository.

I'll forward-port it to 2.1, tomorrow.
