pinentry-gnome3 and gpg-agent 2.0.28 kbd accelerators not working

Hi Neal and other pinentry folks--

pinentry-gnome3 doesn't seem to be making proper use of the keyboard
accelerators.  Instead, it shows the prefixed underscores, and doesn't
convert them into accelerator shortcuts.

Here's a screenshot (look at "_OK", "_Cancel", and "_Save in Password
manager"):

I looked in the code, but I'm not sure how to fix this.  Any pointers?

This is when it is used against GnuPG 2.0.28 on debian unstable.
