[PATCH] Add inside-Emacs mode to GUI pinentry programs

Both options are problematic for gpgconf because there is no support for
this style of options.  The --foo-options are already hard to handle by
gpgconf but pinentry-program would require another dedicated feature in
gpgconf.

With Ueno's patch we have immediate support for Emacs in the
configuration dialogs of GPA and Kleopatra (and hopefully others).
