This is possible.  Could you please file a bug report at
https://bugs.gnupg.org.  Perhaps with details of how you imagine this
mechanism working.  In particular, please mention the types of filters
you want and how to imagine expressing them.

Since this is a bit of a special use case (as I understand it), it's
unlikely that we'll get to it soon.
