windows 2.1.2 binary?

Hi folks--

ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/gnupg-w32-2.1.1_20141216.exe is
apparently a windows binary for 2.1.1, but there is no comparable
windows binary released for 2.1.2.

This has caused some confusion/failure for users, as noted here:

I wonder if it's possible to either add an equivalent 2.1.2 to
ftp.gnupg.org, or to remove or mark the 2.1.1 as deprecated.

(or maybe, if the answer is "use gpg4win", to provide a
gnupg-w32-2.1.2.txt that says "Please use gpg4win" or something like
that)
