removing pinentry's subdirectories from git: debian/ gtk/ qt/

Hi pinentry people--

I notice that pinentry git contains three subdirectories that aren't
even shipped in the released tarballs:

 debian/
 gtk/
 qt/

We have these files in the git history -- is there a reason to keep them
around in the master branch?

If not, a "git rm -r debian gtk qt" should do the trick.

That will make it easier to keep track of the code that we think is
currently relevant, while retaining the ability to recover it from git
history should we find we need it.
