poldi in Debian and its homepage

Dear Niibe-San,

just saw that https://sources.debian.net/src/poldi/0.4.1-3/debian/control/
still has Homepage: 
  http://www.g10code.com/p-poldi.html
which does not exist currently. 
It also seems like there is a critcial defect in the Debian packaging
related to the texinfo manual, should be easy to fix.

http://wiki.gnupg.org/Tasks has an entry for Poldi.
Overall it seems to be a good idea to have some official 
information about Poldi more readily available. Right now
it seems hidden a bit in the doc dir of the git repo.
