Question about sliding window implementation in gnupg1.4.19

Hi, I am trying to study the implementation of the sliding window algorithm. Please let me know if a sliding window method has been implemented in gnupg1.4.19 mpi-pow.c for RSA and El Gamal Modular Exponentiation. Please point me to the relevant line number. Thanks & Regards,Amitabh
