Integrate pinentry-mac into pinentry

Hi Neal,
how would the whole process of maintaining look like?
Would we maintain our fork and you pull the changes?
I've found your rules for commit messages. What are your other rules (coding style, etc.)?
How should we handle the additional strings? Currently there are two simple strings files for englisch and german in the macosx subdir.
