Hello,

The recent commit to gnupg (commit 625e292) breaks decrypting
symmetrically signed data when using gpgme. Adding "force-mdc" to
gpg.conf before signing fixes things. Maybe adding --ignore-mdc-errors
should be added to the command line as well so previously signed data
can be used, too? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
