[PATCH] Add keygrip to LISTKEYS output.

Hi Ben,

I changed gpg to include the "grp" record for all secret keys even if
--with-keygrip is not used.  If there is a real need to have the keygrip
also for public keys (without any secret subkey) we may consider to
always print the "grp" records. Or we add a new gpgme keylisting mode to
enable that.  Always printing the keygrip records has a speed penalty of
~1.5% measure with gpgme/tests/run-keylist.

I also included the keygrip into the gpgme_subkey_t but did not do any
of your other changes.
