[PATCH 0/5] Scute: Update documentation.

The following patch series updates the documentation for the Scute
project to reflect some recent (or not so recent) changes in the
code.

In particular, it documents new usages (beyond HTTPS client
authentication) that are possible now that Scute can sign any
type of hash value.
