An obvious feature for this would be --{export,import}-tofudb similar to
--{export,import}-ownertrust.  However this will soon get too
complicated.  Thus it might be useful to think of a backup tool to
backup and restore _all_ required files.  gpgtar would enable us to do
this in a portable way.  If we would serialize the databases before
taring them up this would allow to implement a --merge-restore feature.
