[PATCH 0/1] gpg-agent: multi-sdcard convenience option

This patch introduces a new gpg-agent option that is convenient when
the user has encrypted data for multiple card recipients.

The patch is made against gnupg tag gnupg-2.1.11, which is the version
that comes with my Ubuntu 16.04 system.
