Problems with pip install gpg

Hi,

The PIP module in its current form only helps people that already
have a recent GPGME installed - but if they have a recent enough
GPGME, they probably already got the Python module from the same
place.

I am going to take a look and see how hard it is to get the PIP
module to build gpgme.

Maybe I can finally contribute something back instead of just
pointing out problems. :-P
