On Scute v1.4.0 support key length up to 4096, proceed s-expressions on common way

Hi Oleg,

I did some work on Scute, among other things it should support larger
keys now and support TLS1.2 (i.e. hash functions other than
tls-md5sha1).  Would you be so kind to see if that fixes the issues
you were having?
